I received gift cards worth $100 and $50 that had no balance and were completely useless. The company took no responsibility for this situation and it felt like they stole from me. I tried to resolve the issue for over a month, but made no headway. They insisted it wasn’t their fault and told me to contact the original seller, who stated they aren't liable for third-party gift cards. I was then directed to call the number on the back of the card. This service seems very questionable.
