I reached out to the support team by phone, and they created a case (ID: CS18370542). There’s about $120 remaining on the card, and I provided the requested information. They mentioned I would receive a response in 1-2 business days, but I haven't heard back yet. This should be the second business day. Update: I received a response asking what type of card I would prefer and requested one last piece of information, which I provided. I plan to update my review to three stars once this issue is resolved.
