Stay away from this grading service; their communication is extremely poor. I sent my cards in July and received an email in early November stating they had returned and it would take 2-3 weeks to receive them. It has now been 7 weeks with no updates, and they do not respond to emails or calls. Choose another service, and you will likely receive your cards sooner and enjoy better customer support. It's shocking that they think they can disregard communication about such valuable items that seem to have gone missing, and I am now seeking legal advice.
