I recommend avoiding this grading service due to their severe lack of communication. I sent my cards in July and only received an email in November saying they had arrived back and it would take 2-3 weeks to receive my order. Now, 7 weeks later, I still haven't received anything. They do not respond to emails or calls. I suggest using a different service, as you will likely get your cards back sooner and enjoy better customer service. It's unbelievable that they think they can ignore communication regarding such valuable items that seem to have gone missing, and I am now considering legal action.

Depending on the chosen service, the wait can be lengthy; however, that doesn't detract from the overall experience. This grading service is a reliable, trustworthy, and cost-effective way to send your cards to top graders. I was thrilled to receive my cards back after a wait and have already placed a second order. Keep up the excellent work!
This has been the worst grading experience of my life. I sent 3 cards in February, and they confirmed receipt on the 21st. Today is July 25th, and there’s still no sign of my cards. Communication is almost non-existent, with just a monthly email stating the cards are with the grader, and there’s no phone support. They won’t even call to provide an explanation.
This was my first time grading cards, and I’m pleased to report that I was very satisfied with the outcome. I chose the pearl service before Christmas, which caused some delays, but their communication was excellent, and I was fortunate to receive three pristine 10s. This is definitely the go-to service for grading.
Is this a scam? There are suspicious aspects regarding this service: they charge an exorbitant fee of £300 ($414), while others charge significantly less without a middleman. Their mailing address appears to be a post office, and their business address is reportedly the same as a florist's location. They don’t have a physical store. The other grader’s website does not list them as an authorized aggregate. Is it a scam? I'm not sure.
