I recommend avoiding this grading service due to their severe lack of communication. I sent my cards in July and only received an email in November saying they had arrived back and it would take 2-3 weeks to receive my order. Now, 7 weeks later, I still haven't received anything. They do not respond to emails or calls. I suggest using a different service, as you will likely get your cards back sooner and enjoy better customer service. It's unbelievable that they think they can ignore communication regarding such valuable items that seem to have gone missing, and I am now considering legal action.
