Brilliant service except for Heathrow airport pickups - I tend to be at the front of the plane and don’t check luggage - the drivers don’t seem to think it’s possible to land and be out of heathrow in 15-20 minutes so they are always really late. Very annoying for a premium service. Addison Lee are always on time no matter what. I thought I’d give Blacklane a try again and same thing - driver is running late. After a long haul flight when you are exhausted really want to get home fast. Update: Blacklane refunded the trip and gave me a £100 voucher to try them again. Good customer service and will try it again.
