Consistently Impressive Service

We frequently use this service and find the entire system to be outstanding. I appreciate the text notifications, the ability to communicate with drivers, and the quality of the vehicles. My only concern is about luggage, as one driver left without loading our bags, but I caught it in time. It would be helpful if drivers could confirm luggage is loaded.

Extremely Poor Experience

The service was terrible. They canceled my ride just 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive, and I was left on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered, only to inform me that no drivers were available. I strongly advise against using them.
