When we called, He had another fare dropping off at different terminal, He said we had to come out and wait at Lane 4. We did. We texted that we were under the 4C sign. Some 20 minutes or so later, he texted he was at 4C. He was at terminal E, not C where our fight arrived After another 15 minutes, he walked up and said we would need to follow him to his parking space. We were standing under the 4C sign. He had the nerve to tell is there was no 4C at terminal C and it was only at E. We hired a limo because we arrived close to the time for the rt of the event we flew in for. This was truly a BAD experience. They must have no control over the quality of their drivers. I would demand a refund but was not given the option.
