I never received my full order nor a refund. What did arrive was late despite me paying for expedited shipping; also, I have been unsuccessful in response from customer service via email, text, and phone. I try really hard to support black businesses. This was a highly disappointing experience.THE COMPANY RESPONSE STATES THAT I DID NOT EMAIL THEM. I CAN PROVE MULTIPLE EMAILS, MY PAYMENT, AND NO DELIVERY OF THE REST OF MY ORDER.Today, I finally received the remainder of my order.
