I ordered an acrylic print for a family member on December 1st, just one week before the Christmas order cutoff. I received no shipping notification, so I reached out to customer support a few days before Christmas. I was informed it would ship the Monday before Christmas. I followed up via email two days before Christmas and never got a response. The order shipped on December 30th, with no apology or explanation from customer service for missing the Christmas deadline. I will not order again due to this experience, despite being a loyal customer for years.
