This title sums it up perfectly. The promise of Christmas delivery was not met, and my support request went unanswered. I followed up multiple times without any response. After placing my order, I was worried about details in the confirmation email, so I reached out to support. They didn’t check my order and assured me it would arrive by Christmas since I ordered well before the deadline. Now, a week has passed. My family traveled from abroad to meet our newborn son and left without their gifts. This has been a huge letdown. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

I will never use this company again. I ordered two photo books on November 27, well over two weeks before the December 12 deadline for Christmas orders. They promised delivery by December 9. Between December 12 and 22, I tried several times to communicate with them when the books didn’t arrive. I was misled, given excuses, and promises to call back were not fulfilled. Eventually, I spoke to a supervisor after escalating to the parent company. She told me the products were shipped on December 22 for delivery by December 24. It’s now December 29, and I still have not received anything. I had no gifts for my sons at Christmas, and I feel scammed. I am seeking a full refund, but they are ignoring me. Do not trust this company.
They missed the Christmas delivery. I ordered two photo books on December 1, well ahead of the December 12 deadline advertised for timely delivery. We definitely will not use this service again, as we couldn’t give the books as Christmas gifts.

I ordered photo books on Black Friday, and they had not shipped, with no updates. The response from customer service was a generic apology for their inability to manage the order volume. I still have no product and have lost $250. I will not order from them again.
I spent over two days creating a custom photo calendar on this platform, only to have the entire project disappear. Customer service confirmed they could not assist and labeled it as user error. No recovery, no credit, and no effort to rectify the situation. This is especially frustrating as this is my ninth year creating a calendar for Christmas gifts, and I have successfully used other platforms in the past. Switching to this service was a mistake. The platform is also very limiting, with templates allowing only up to eight photos, forcing me to create custom layouts that took hours. All that work is now lost. This experience was costly and stressful, with no resolution offered. I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it.
