The title says it all. They did not fulfill the Christmas delivery promise and did not respond to my support request. I followed up and still received no reply. A day after placing my order, I was concerned about the information in the confirmation email, so I called support. They didn’t check my order but assured me I would receive it by Christmas since I ordered before the deadline. Now, a week later, my family came from abroad to meet our newborn son and left without their gifts. This has been a major disappointment. Avoid giving them your money.
