I ordered two canvas prints days before their stated Christmas delivery deadline. It’s now December 29, and they still haven’t arrived. Additionally, I have emailed customer service twice without any response. The ornament I ordered was marked as delivered, but the box contained an item that the company doesn’t even sell! I have been a satisfied customer for years, but this experience has ruined that for me. I will not order again.
