I ordered two acrylic prints well in advance of the guaranteed delivery date for Christmas. Now it’s December 29, and I still have no delivery and no updates on when it will be completed. My past experiences with this company have been excellent, but this December has been a disaster in terms of delays and poor delivery service from their chosen courier.
