They missed the Christmas delivery. I ordered two photo books on December 1, well ahead of the December 12 deadline advertised for timely delivery. I contacted customer service, but they couldn’t assist, just stating that they were using new vendors who were behind schedule. We definitely will not use this service again, as we couldn’t give the books as Christmas gifts.
