The photo books arrived in time for Christmas. I’ve updated my review. However, communication was a significant issue. I ordered photo books on Black Friday, and they had not shipped, with no updates. The response from customer service was a generic apology for their inability to manage the order volume. I still have no product and have lost $250. I will not order from them again.
