I still haven't received my refund after purchasing a Christmas gift on November 23. The delivery service was appalling, and there was no follow-up attempt to deliver or any refund issued. I'm still out £289. I paid via a payment platform and am now trying to recover the funds, as the company feels unresponsive. I finally managed to speak with someone who followed typical customer service scripts but couldn't resolve my issue. No refund yet! I've filed a formal complaint. When I tried calling their helpline, the options led to nowhere. Extremely poor service.
