After making my order online and being told it was confirmed and being dispatched, my order was cancelled and i was sent my refund with no reason why. The order was meant to be a birthday present for my husband and the replacement i had to get ended up being late for his birthday. Not impressed and wont be using the store again.

Terrible experience with delivery and refund

I purchased a sports watch from the company, but it didn't arrive on the promised date, so I returned it because I had to buy another one. I contacted the support team, who advised me to refuse the delivery, which I did. Now, I'm waiting for a refund that is over 15 days overdue. I will not shop with this seller again.

No Refund Received - Disappointing Service, Avoid!

I still haven't received my refund after purchasing a Christmas gift on November 23. The delivery service was appalling, and there was no follow-up attempt to deliver or any refund issued. I'm still out £289. I paid via a payment platform and am now trying to recover the funds, as the company feels unresponsive. I finally managed to speak with someone who followed typical customer service scripts but couldn't resolve my issue. No refund yet! I've filed a formal complaint. When I tried calling their helpline, the options led to nowhere. Extremely poor service.

Automated Responses and Lack of Support

Update: I received a response asking me to reach out to discuss my issue, which reinforces my belief that the responses are automated. My parcel went missing, and I tried to contact them for over a week, receiving only automated emails. After a week and a half, I got an email asking for feedback on how the issue was handled. This company seems to ignore customers until they give up. I plan to escalate my case for further assistance.
