I received a product that was not manufactured correctly despite following the optician's specifications. The glasses were made with the left/right orientation wrong, making them unusable. I raised this issue multiple times beforehand but did not receive adequate responses. For a product relying on professional specifications, I expected much better quality control. Currently, I am still waiting for a response regarding my complaint and refund request.
