If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service team was rude. I encountered an issue with the handbrake switch, which came off in my hand shortly after purchasing the vehicle a week before. While on holiday towing a caravan, I was told it was fine to drive without a handbrake. Consequently, I had to cover the costs myself to ensure the vehicle was roadworthy. I will never use this company again and will advise others to steer clear!
