If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service representatives were rude. I encountered an issue with the handbrake switch, which came off in my hand in the vehicle I had purchased just a week prior. While on holiday and towing a caravan, I was advised it would be safe to drive and tow without a handbrake. Consequently, I had to cover the expenses myself to ensure the vehicle was roadworthy. I will never use this service again and would strongly recommend others to steer clear!
Terrible experience! Stay away from this warranty provider. The timing chain in my vehicle was faulty, as clearly identified by the garage. Continuing to use the car could lead to engine damage! Anyone with basic automotive knowledge should understand this. A faulty timing chain means a broken engine!!! This component was part of my warranty package. My claim was denied because the chain wasn't completely broken! Why include the timing chain in the warranty package if that's the case? If it were to break entirely, I'd have to replace the whole engine, which isn't worth it! My claim limit is £1500, so that wouldn't cover engine repairs. I purchased this warranty for peace of mind, expecting to claim for any faults. Total waste of money, never again!

Anyone with basic car knowledge would understand that a faulty timing chain can break the engine! The timing chain was part of my warranty package, yet my claim was denied because it wasn't completely broken. Why include it in the warranty package if it only covers complete failure? If it breaks, I'd have to replace the entire engine, which isn't worth it! My claim limit is £1500, insufficient to cover the engine damage. I purchased this warranty for peace of mind, but it turned out to be a waste of money!
Awful customer service. I called to request a fault to be addressed under the warranty but was told they wouldn't confirm coverage until the work was completed. I need to know if it's covered before choosing a garage, or if not, I can have the work done elsewhere.
I purchased a vehicle last December and returned to the garage in January. From the beginning, I reported issues with the suspension, yet the problem was neither investigated nor repaired adequately. The car failed its MOT due to faulty coil springs—exactly what I had complained about months earlier. To make matters worse, I was sent to a garage of their choice, where repairs were clearly not performed correctly. I returned to the garage again in March about a knocking noise over speed bumps, but they claimed there was no issue. The noise persisted, and I only drive 5K miles a year, so I trusted their assessment. At my recent MOT, I was informed that both coil springs were snapped and likely had been for some time, causing the noise I had previously reported. Furthermore, their previous communication mentioned brake pads, which I never complained about. It is incredibly disappointing that such a serious issue was overlooked, potentially jeopardizing my vehicle's safety.
Awful experience! I bought a car and noticed some issues during the viewing, but I was assured they would be resolved before delivery. Nothing was fixed at delivery. After multiple calls, I was directed to the warranty provider, which was a terrible experience. They sent me to their trusted garage for diagnostics, but they refused to accept responsibility, pushing me back to the original seller for a second opinion. After many calls and emails filled with false claims from the warranty staff, they only agreed to cover £192 out of £1260. This has been the most stressful month of my life, and I've visited multiple garages since receiving the car.
I bought a vehicle that developed a gearbox fault after almost six months. I contacted the warranty provider as it was covered, providing all requested details. My claim was rejected on the grounds of fair wear and tear, despite my evidence indicating otherwise. They responded with a simple 'Our initial decision stands,' offering no explanation. This company appears to operate without proper knowledge or accountability. I will be contacting trading standards.
If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service team was rude. I encountered an issue with the handbrake switch, which came off in my hand shortly after purchasing the vehicle a week before. While on holiday towing a caravan, I was told it was fine to drive without a handbrake. Consequently, I had to cover the costs myself to ensure the vehicle was roadworthy. I will never use this company again and will advise others to steer clear!
I bought my vehicle from a dealership with a warranty. It developed a fault causing it to go into limp mode, rendering it unusable. I complied with all their requests but was told without explanation that I wasn't covered. Avoid these individuals; that warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. I will be contesting their decision and escalating the matter.
