Terrible service! Stay away from this warranty provider. The timing chain in my vehicle was faulty, which was clearly identified by the garage. Continuing to use the car could lead to engine damage! Anyone with basic car knowledge would understand that a faulty timing chain can break the engine! The timing chain was part of my warranty package, yet my claim was denied because it wasn't completely broken. Why include it in the warranty package if it only covers complete failure? If it breaks, I'd have to replace the entire engine, which isn't worth it! My claim limit is £1500, insufficient to cover the engine damage. I purchased this warranty for peace of mind, but it turned out to be a waste of money!
