Awful experience! I bought a car and noticed some issues during the viewing, but I was assured they would be resolved before delivery. Nothing was fixed at delivery. After multiple calls, I was directed to the warranty provider, which was a terrible experience. They sent me to their trusted garage for diagnostics, but they refused to accept responsibility, pushing me back to the original seller for a second opinion. After many calls and emails filled with false claims from the warranty staff, they only agreed to cover £192 out of £1260. This has been the most stressful month of my life, and I've visited multiple garages since receiving the car.
