Avoid avoid avoid!! This company advised me to go and get a diagnostic check out of my own pocket when I'd had the car 48 hours and to take it to Quick Fit. Quick Fit advised they don't cover the work needed to be a done and it wouldn't come up on a diagnostic. I called back and got told I would get a call back a few days later.. Still waiting 7 weeks on. Then my car diagnosed a filter needed changing but the car should have had a full service 8 weeks prior when I bought it. Called Blackstar to be advised I needed to pay for a diagnostic (it's diagnosed itself!!) Then was advised after I questioned it that it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I called the company who sold me the car who advised they are a bunch of monkeys and they don't know what they are doing and advised me to bring the car back and they will fix it. Honestly never dealt with a ruder company who will do anything not to help!
