Car broke down and when I found out what the issue was I phoned Blackstar Warranties they told me to send in my diagnostic which I did and they immediately approved the claim. The repairer was paid out immediately and there was no quibbles or issues. Lovely company to deal with and gives you the peace on mind that the warranty is there and will pay out.
