Got an existing warranty that was supplied with the car. Had an issue with the car starting from cold so took it to my local garage who diagnosed it as a starter motor fault. As I got the warranty free with my car I did not expect it to cover anything. I called the claims line and said I had an issue and they asked me to send over the diagnostic which I did and they approved the claim within 15 minutes and authorised the repair. They paid the repairer straight away and before the car was collected by me.Thank you Blackstar warranties great service and great product would definitely recommend.
