Customer Non-Service
I had ordered an item on 02/27/26 with the status indicating on 02/28/26 that the shipping label had been created, USPS awaiting item. As of 03/04/26, USPS had not received the item and I reached out to customer service. The response I received was "kicking the can down the road". They essentially blew me off saying that it has been shipped and USPS has not scanned the item. That's not how USPS works, they scan the item once it hits the originating USPS facility.
