In June 2025, I visited a dealership to order a new model and was informed that the color I wanted was backordered until November. I decided to check other options but mentioned I would still use them for service and parts. I ended up ordering from another dealer, and when I returned to place an order for accessories via email, it was ignored. After going in person and being assured they would order it, I waited over a week only to find out my order was never placed. Frustrated, I decided not to pursue it further and walked away. This experience has made me feel unvalued as a customer, and I'm now willing to travel 45 miles to find a dealership that appreciates its clients.
