In June 2025, I visited a dealership to order a new model and was informed that the color I wanted was backordered until November. I decided to check other options but mentioned I would still use them for service and parts. I ended up ordering from another dealer, and when I returned to place an order for accessories via email, it was ignored. After going in person and being assured they would order it, I waited over a week only to find out my order was never placed. Frustrated, I decided not to pursue it further and walked away. This experience has made me feel unvalued as a customer, and I'm now willing to travel 45 miles to find a dealership that appreciates its clients.
I had my first service completed today, and the representative at the service desk was incredibly helpful. They explained what had been done and when the next service is due. I also requested assistance with checking the chain free play, and the technician was very accommodating. I now feel much more confident about maintaining my bike. Thank you both!
The dealership refused to install a GPS tracker because the motorcycle is registered abroad. This feels discriminatory. The tracker was installed at another dealership, so this issue lies with them. I previously purchased two motorcycles from them, but now I will no longer consider this dealership.
I was well taken care of from the moment I arrived until after my service was completed. My bike's annual service was done promptly, and I was offered refreshments and comfortable places to wait. The staff were very helpful throughout the experience.
