I would love to express how great and durable the heavy duty work pants sre that I purchased online but I can't. Why? you ask. Because I haven't even gotten a confirmation email or a receipt from Blacklader yet. Ive reached out near a dozen times since I made the purchaser by phone and email. How many times has customer service answered my calls..... ZERO! nor have they replied to my emails. Its this kind of zero accountability "customer service" that we as consumers have allowed to grow. The people running this company do not care about the customer because we are faceless, they only cate about taking our money. Once they have yoyr money, thats where there interest ends. We're just a number on there screen. Absolute garbage! 💯 i will never recommend Blacklader nor will I offer my hard earned money for their products again. Thanks for letting me regret giving you my business
