I would love to express how great and durable the heavy duty work pants sre that I purchased online but I can't. Why? you ask. Because I haven't even gotten a confirmation email or a receipt from Blacklader yet. Ive reached out near a dozen times since I made the purchaser by phone and email. How many times has customer service answered my calls..... ZERO! nor have they replied to my emails. Its this kind of zero accountability "customer service" that we as consumers have allowed to grow. The people running this company do not care about the customer because we are faceless, they only cate about taking our money. Once they have yoyr money, thats where there interest ends. We're just a number on there screen. Absolute garbage! 💯 i will never recommend Blacklader nor will I offer my hard earned money for their products again. Thanks for letting me regret giving you my business

Not great to deal with—so take that as you will (I wouldn’t expect great customer service if you need product support) pants seem ok now that they’re here but certainly not worth the price. My package, which I paid for expedited shipping on, was delayed because they didn’t put my address on the label. Only the town and postal code. When I contacted them about this issue, they ignored me. Find a company that cares past payment.
I can't say enough good about this brand... I got the X1900 pants - 2 different pairs. They are the most versatile workpants I have ever owned, with so many thoughtful features and pockets... Amazing. Quality is incomparable. Their hoodies and work coats are also well constructed and triple seamed (I learned) so they will stay together. This is workwear to go the extreme. I'm a fan, and trust this brand.
Purchased Hi-vis 4-way-stretch trousers Navy blue/Orange. These were too big for me so wanted to exchange for 42. Impossible to get hold of anyone, there's alot of trust built into purchasing online and I wouldn't trust this company with any further purchases.
Bought x1900 denim pants a few months back. They look great. Although I'm happy with them, I feel like I need extra pair. Kinda get bored of the colour and style. Other than that, can't complain. Good quality, last Long. I'd suggest one size larger though. The salesperson from MTN SHOP said most customers preferred one size up. Go for it. I agree
