It's unfortunate that the service is so inconsistent, as the items themselves are generally well made. I've faced several issues with them. The first time, they sold me a jacket and notified me three weeks later that it was unavailable. This time, I ordered two items and received confirmation and tracking for both. A 2 out of 3 error rate is unacceptable for any company, especially given the price of their items.
