WARNING - AVOID THIS PROVIDER - POORLY MANAGED WITH NO COMMUNICATION. I ordered four jackets that I was excited to gift to the wonderful women in my family. I placed my order on 12/1 and reached out multiple times to confirm shipment, but received no responses. Today, I was informed that my orders were cancelled. The lack of communication has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. I genuinely hope they improve their management and develop a better customer service approach before facing serious consequences.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION - AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS PROVIDER - IT'S POORLY RUN WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION. I ordered four jackets that I was excited to give to the wonderful women in my family. I ordered on 12/1 and reached out several times to confirm shipment, but received no reply. Today, I was notified that my orders were cancelled. Their communication is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I sincerely hope they change their management and learn how to provide customer service before they face severe consequences.

Quality items, unreliable service

It's unfortunate that the service is so inconsistent, as the items themselves are generally well made. I've faced several issues with them. The first time, they sold me a jacket and notified me three weeks later that it was unavailable. This time, I ordered two items and received confirmation and tracking for both. A 2 out of 3 error rate is unacceptable for any company, especially given the price of their items.

Sizes are absurd for the price

The sizing is absurd for the price you pay. You practically need to be a size 2 to wear a large.

Completely unacceptable

Completely unacceptable. I spoke with a representative on the phone who was condescending and rude, mocking me for asking questions. I can't express how bad my experience was. Even the shipping service mentioned that I was dealing with a terrible provider. Please avoid them.

Trust the negative reviews

Trust the negative reviews; this provider is undoubtedly the worst. Based on these reviews, I suspect they’ll be bought out soon. They mistakenly sent me a child’s jacket. When I called to report it, the representative said she didn't think they sold children's clothing, which made me question their awareness of their own inventory. After sending pictures for proof, I received no response for three weeks. I returned both jackets and hope to eventually get my refund. It’s a shame because I do like their products, but I will buy from a different vendor in the future.

Great items, unreliable provider

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel it's important to warn others. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR SITE; if you like their jackets (which I do), buy from a retailer with reliable customer service. I ordered on June 25th, and it shipped the next day, which was impressive given the circumstances. However, when my order arrived, I received two incorrect items. I had to explain the situation three times over two weeks before they could send me a return label. After returning the items, they have been at the warehouse for nearly five weeks without any updates. I was told to expect a refund by August 6th, but it’s now August 18th, and I was given the runaround again. I eventually spoke to a supervisor who issued the credit immediately. While the customer service was nice, the warehouse operations are concerning. Purchase this brand elsewhere.

Order cancellation without notice

I ordered a jacket online and later received an email (with no apology) stating that my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. A week later, I checked the website, and the item was still available for purchase. When I contacted customer service, the representative informed me that the inventory was not updated on the website and did not apologize for the misleading information. I expressed my disappointment about the false advertising, but my concerns were ignored. I will be ordering from another provider.

Terrible service and shipping

There's a reason this provider has such poor reviews. One of my items arrived defective, and I had to go through many hoops to get a return shipping label. They didn’t believe me about the defect until I sent two rounds of photos. If you like their items, buy them from a retailer that offers better customer service and free shipping without high minimums. This was my first and last experience ordering directly from them.

Did not receive my order

I did not receive a pair of jeans I ordered. I paid for second-day shipping, and they don’t provide return shipping labels—what a joke! I'm out $100 for the jeans and $20 for shipping, and now I have to pay at least $20 to return this jacket, which looks like it’s been worn for a year. What a rip-off!
