I paid the extra cost to have a jacket shipped two day delivery. It is now 5 days after the order date and I found out it isn't going to arrive until 4 more days from today. I called customer service and the rep was not very helpful or apologetic about this-after some discussion she refunded $10.00 of the $25.00. Really??? I needed the jacket this week for an event and now won't have it until next week, if then. They need some work on their customer service.
