It seems you only don't need to complete KYC unless you win. Very selective and dishonest in their advertising regarding this.
edit after reply: the same copy paste response that I got on email. you CANNOT advertise "no kyc needed" and then ask for kyc when the player goes to withdraw. terms on the boys are absolutely shambolic - "no wager requirement" but you'll never be able to withdraw the full amount due to their VERY suspect "sticky bonus" terms as they describe it.
you claim it's not triggered by winning. of course it isn't as the hope of the casino is that the player then gambles what they've won. it is WITHDRAWING those winnings that triggers the need for KYC
