At first glance, it seemed like a pretty good platform. Until I’ve had some bad experiences.
First of all, all the money won with their free spins campains is only valid to play on Mascot slots.
Moreover, when we claim a deposit bonus offer, 90% of slots are restricted because they have a ‘’Bonus Buy feature’’. I wasn’t able to use my favorite provider, Pragmatic Play, with my favorite slot Big Bass Splash, and so many other providers, because of this rule. Why not only void any winnings if this feature is used? Or why not only deactivate this option in their casino settings? I’m pretty sure that Pragmatic Play and several providers do offer the possibility to enable/disable this option.
***And it’s NOT mentioned in the bonus terms that slots with bonus buy feature are restricted! To have known, I would never have deposited. Never.***
Moreover, it’s mentioned on their main page and in their t&cs the following :
No KYC for crypto-ewallets users until some unusual activities is detected nor transactions exceeding 5000€. It’s misleading and false advertising. They ask KYC for all their customers who makes a withdrawal.
Also, their KYC process isn’t modern at all. It takes 3 to 5 business days to verify our documents, during majority of their competitors are verifying us instantly/within an hour/a day.
🚫Above all, during the KYC process, they return your balance in your gaming account instead of letting the withdrawal pending. They write in the transaction history ‘’payment error’’ to justify it.
This is an unfair and strategic way to tempt players to gamble their first winnings, and many fall into the trap. Indeed, we are hundreds of customers to denounce it here or in some other casino reviews websites.🚫

As a player’s perspective, I strongly agree that KYC is very important in online gambling. But that doesn’t justify such a delay, such false advertisement and such bad will.
Especially that Blaze Spins is the only platform to be so slow in the industry. I reiterate : 99% of casinos verify it instantly/in the same day.
It’s only and only bad will from this Company, especially that they return our winnings in our balance during the process, in order to tempt us.
They imperatively must adapt their platform to the 2026’s reality, not 2005’s reality. They absolutely needs to modernize it and to be fairer.
Considering all these reasons, I strongly recommend to avoid Blaze Spins and any other platforms owned by One Touch Exch Co. ltd, until they demonstrate some diligent and considerable improvements.
From my side, I’ll contact the Autonomous Island of Anjouan so they can investigate if some of their practices are unfair, and they can investigate if some of the laws/license are violated. I’ll also inform AskGamblers, Casino.Guru, courthouses and any other relevant authorities about the whole situation.

👉🏼 As a good will and commercial gesture, they REFUND my looses (183.95$ CAD was released after the wagering requirements were fulfilled, OR a reasonable offer such refunding my deposited amount of 169.20$ CAD or whatever reasonable). ➡️ If they decline, I will open a dispute chargeback with my financial institution.
