Absolutely shocking customer service! I ordered on September 30th. After two weeks, I was told it was shipped on October 2nd and to wait 16 business days. After 22 days, I emailed twice for updates, but was ignored. On November 5th, I requested a refund. The representative replied with no apology, just stating the order was shipped on October 23rd, three weeks after my order. I had to order from another company, and I doubt I'll receive this order as the product has been out of the fridge for too long.
