Terrible service experience!

Absolutely shocking customer service! I ordered on September 30th. After two weeks, I was told it was shipped on October 2nd and to wait 16 business days. After 22 days, I emailed twice for updates, but was ignored. On November 5th, I requested a refund. The representative replied with no apology, just stating the order was shipped on October 23rd, three weeks after my order. I had to order from another company, and I doubt I'll receive this order as the product has been out of the fridge for too long.

Avoid this service or website

Do not order from this service or website. I placed my order in early January 2025, and now it's February 4th with no delivery, but the payment has been taken. Customer service has not responded to my emails. Absolutely unacceptable service, not based in the UK.

Do not trust this service

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE! I received only half of my items and have had no response to my numerous emails. It seems like a total scam; they are happy to take your money but not fulfill their obligations.

Order never received

I ordered refills and was told they shipped on November 19th. I emailed the service, and the representative provided a tracking link. There has been no movement since November. I have requested a refund without success, and my emails have been ignored. I have never had issues before, so I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

Good service after a delay

I waited two weeks for my order, and it didn't arrive. When I inquired via email, the representative responded quickly and re-shipped my items. I received a tracking number and was able to follow my items through USPS, which arrived in six days. I'm happy with the final outcome.
