When I reached out to customer service, they only offered a partial refund because the product was deemed 'used.' It’s impossible to assess its effectiveness without trying it. I’m left feeling very dissatisfied with both the product and the company's response. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. However, this is just my personal view—everyone's skin reacts differently, and it may work for others. Nonetheless, I question the authenticity of the positive reviews.
