The advertisements promised that the stone would remove hair like a laser. However, it's not electric, and that's not how human skin functions. They simply have someone use the stone on very hairy legs, shave the area where the stone was applied, and then edit the video to show the results. It's astonishing what some will do for profit.
I really hoped this product would be effective, but it caused severe irritation on my skin—my underarms and upper thighs developed a rash and a burning sensation that lasted for days. For me, this product was ineffective. The company claims a 'risk-free' trial, but that's misleading since they don't provide refunds for products that cause issues. They also assert they 'stand behind their product,' yet their actions suggest otherwise. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered a partial refund because the product was deemed 'used.' It’s impossible to assess its effectiveness without trying it. I’m left feeling very dissatisfied with both the product and the company's response. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. However, this is just my personal view—everyone's skin reacts differently, and it may work for others. Nonetheless, I question the authenticity of the positive reviews.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This product was completely ineffective and a waste of money. When I reached out to customer service, they requested invasive proof of my irritation and swelling. After weeks of back and forth, they only offered me half of my money back. Save your money! Their website also seems to block negative reviews. I definitely do not recommend this product!
This is the worst product I've bought online. I was excited, but it left my skin irritated and painful, filled with ingrown hairs. It felt like I had stripped away the outer layer of my skin. Please stop promoting products on social media that are potentially harmful unless they truly work. Not only was it a waste of money, but it’s also dangerous. I had a great experience! The team was very supportive when my package was lost due to the delivery company and quickly sent a replacement. This product is ineffective for armpits or bikini lines. I followed the instructions precisely, yet I ended up bleeding and in pain. While it worked on my legs, it required more time than shaving. You have to apply a lot of pressure for it to work, which led to irritation and red bumps in sensitive areas. It took me over a week to recover after using it for just 15 minutes. I had high hopes but regret spending $50 for this experience.

I did a patch test first, which didn’t cause bumps on my legs, but when I tried it on my upper body, it took a month for the redness to fade. I ultimately got a $20 refund after returning a $50 order. The claims about being suitable for sensitive skin were misleading, as was their marketing. I found the same product elsewhere for much less. Very disappointing.
