editing my original review because I received a response from Bleame’s customer support, after I involved my bank in it to get a refund. I appreciate that they responded, but the product still didn’t work me as I have very sensitive skin and even over a week after my skin still feels rough to the touch where I used the device. Hope it goes away. Try at your own risk, it seems like it works for some people and doesn’t for others.
