I recently bought boxcutter and the money got taken from my account without me getting the product that I payed for. I then askes the team for help within 2 hours I got help that did not help me at all, so I replied with another question, which they never replied on, there went 15 hours after my question and on their website they say that we will reply within a few hours, which is such a lie. The next day I checkes my bank to see if the amount was still taken from me and it wasen’t so my bank must have noticed that it was a mistake. Im just annoyed of the bad bad service they provided.
