My blender has been great so far. Didn't do the recall as they wanted you to destroy your old one which to me makes no sense and have never heard of a recall like this. Recently bought replacement gaskets, it has been almost two weeks with no email of shipment or tracking. Has not been shipped yet and i see no way of contacting them. Sent them an email about 2-3 days ago and no word. seeing all these reviews, i would stay away and take your business somewere else. Now i have to call my bank to do a chargeback on $10 lol
