So like many on here that have left negative reviews, I bought a blendjet there was an international recall around Dec 23, we recieved a message on April 2024 saying due to overwhelming response for replacements mine could take a while. Last correspondence with Lucy from BlendJet (no idea if its a real person or not) was on 30 November 2024 where Lucy had no updates on replacement item.
Its March 2026 now, safe to say im not getting a replacement or a refund. Not sure if this is a genuine scam or just a company that made a faulty item and then couldn't refund/replace the item.
Either way, stay clear is my recommendation.

1. Product Quality is decent. 2. Customer Service / Ordering replacement parts -TERRIBLE 3. 404 Error when you click on support 4. Telephone number on website did not work 4. Track Order - did not get any results 5. Chat function asked for email and I did not get response. ***I would have been better off ordering rubber gasket from Amazon. I will never order anything from their site and may never purchase anything from them again.
In November 2024, BlendJet announced a product recall and instructed ME to destroy the defective unit and submit proof in order to receive a replacement.On November 13, 2024, I complied immediately. I destroyed the product as instructed and notified BlendJet the same day.I received a confirmation stating that my replacement request had been received and that I would receive another email once the replacement was ready to ship.On November 25, 2024, after I followed up due to no update, I was told there were supply chain issues and that they could not provide any timeframe.On February 11, 2025, I followed up again, asking for an update and even suggesting they send just the base unit if possible.On February 14, 2025, I was informed that:Refunds are not offeredUpgrades are not offeredFull unit replacements are not offeredReplacement kits were on backorderNo timeframe could be providedToday is February 15, 2026. Another Year!!!!!!!!!It has been over 15 months since I destroyed my product at their request.I have received:NO replacement, NO refund, No resolution,NO shipping confirmation, NO follow-up, At this point, this is no longer a “delay.”It is a complete failure to fulfill recall obligations.When a company instructs customers to destroy a product for safety reasons, it assumes full responsibility to provide a timely remedy. Keeping customers waiting indefinitely without a solution is unacceptable.The most concerning part is the lack of accountability. No proactive communication. No updates. No alternatives. Just silence.Consumers should be aware of how this recall has been handled before deciding to purchase from this company.I am still waiting.
Avoid! Like everyone else who got the blender 2, I destroyed part of it and I am STILL waiting for the new part!! It’s been TWO years!! Every time I follow up I’m fobbed off, an when I asked for a refund they refused! Which serves me right buying from America, they wouldn’t be blue to get away with this crap over here!! Abysmal company.
Had to do the product recall stuff, and was promised a replacement.Lo and behold, the replacement never came. Then found out the company has gone out of business, so no chance for ever getting a refund on the product not replaced. Really not happy, I would like my refund, though I guess this will never happen.
I’ve now been waiting exactly 2 years for my urgent recall replacement part, in response to them emailing me to ask me to cut up and stop using my blender, which I did straight away. I’ve been ignored countless times and would never ever recommend that you’d buy from this company. When things go wrong you’ll do your part as requested to do, but you’ll get nowhere with them and will be out of pocket years later. They just don’t care unfortunately. It’s so sad to see so many other reviewers in the same position with no reply from BlendJet, that says a lot.
This use to be such a reputable brand. Until the problem with the recall. Told many of us to destroy the recall blender and await on a replacement. It’s been five years and no replacement. Just a waste of money. I’m surprised your company is still standing.
Been waiting 2 years for a replacement product after a recall. Always get the same poor response 'supply chain issues' 'You're on the list' 'it will definitely arrive within the next couple of months'.Don't waste your money on Blend Jet.
