If I could choose 0 stars I would. I took part in the 2023 recall. After multiple emails I am now being ignored. It's been 2 years and still no replacement. They are a disgusting scam of a company. How dare they be selling to new customers when they can't fulfil the replacements for their existing customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS
