They called back a batch or blenders that were potentially a fire hazard, promising to send out a replacement. This happened a year ago. No replacement has been sent. They've answered to a couple of my messages promising to send out the replacement as fast as possible but apparently now they've stopped doing even that. So disappointed and do not recommend!
