Been waiting on a new blendjet after the recall for going on almost 3 months now. I emailed to ask about an update on when I can expect it and was told to just be patient alongside no updated timeline. I have gone this long without making my morning smoothie and I REFUSE to go out and buy another blendjet given this experience. At this rate I'll be buying anew Ninja portable blender to replace the recalled one I had to break in order to receive the new one. I see so many other people with similar experiences while new customers get theirs within a week or so. You would think they would want to support their current clients, but apparently once they have your first purchase they don't care anymore.
