I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the unresolved recall replacement for my two BlendJet units, which I returned in January 2024 as part of the official recall.I received confirmation and order numbers from BlendJet acknowledging receipt of the returned items. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past several months, I have only received generic replies stating that replacements are “in process.” As of today, I have not received the promised replacement units, nor have I been provided with any clear timeline for resolution.
