I am extremely nervous after reading the reviews regarding their return policyI am a first time customer and not at all sure about their sizing and it is always difficult to get a good sense of the colors online. I over-ordered to find out which size is right for me .. because I ordered over $1000, I was given reduced pricing… but from reading customer reviews, this might be misleadingly interpreted as sale items and any returns could be denied. If that is the case, it is extremely misleading and devious. I am worried and have been trying to call them to cancel the order if this is the case but I get no response to calls or emails.
