I received $475 of clothing on Jan 7, submitted a return that same day for 2 of the 3 pants (over $325 value) and dropped the package at USPS. Apparently the package was lost in transit (not uncommon with the USPS) and Bleusalt will not refund me the money I am owed. The pants I kept were great, but by ignoring the basic tenets of customer service and giving the customer benefit of the doubt, they have lost one for good (and I would have been a repeat one, for sure), eroding trust in the business. Not cool.
